About Theresa

Theresa has been a licensed real estate professional for over 30 years and is currently licensed in Arizona and California. Over the course of her career, she has mastered a diverse set of important skills, including deep knowledge of the fast-paced Scottsdale/Phoenix real estate markets, complex contract negotiations, financial analysis, high-level networking, and luxury marketing and sales. Her knowledge and integrity clearly set her apart from other NAR Members as a true professional.

 

In addition to her real estate expertise, Theresa is a featured host on American Dream TV, a national lifestyle and real estate show that highlights communities, luxury properties, and the people who call them home. She also serves on the Board of Directors for UMOM New Day Centers, a leading nonprofit dedicated to helping families and individuals facing homelessness in Arizona, a role she has proudly held since 2021.

 

Theresa grew up in Seattle, attended college in Silicon Valley, and has lived in both Europe and Asia as an expatriate. She is an expert in relocation—whether across the globe or just across town in Scottsdale. Her proven success stems from her ability to listen, understand, and meet her clients' needs.
